Progress necessitates change; yet, change doesn't necessarily equate to progress. What makes change "progress"? What defines progress? Through ethnographic research in the Aurora neighborhood, Hoffman Heights, we study to see how urban transition transpires, impacts, is perceived by a neighborhoods diverse collection of users.
